Solandrix was founded in 2025 in Bucharest by Dragoș and Lorelai Niculai. We started with one conviction: the best technology solutions come from truly understanding the business behind them. Every engagement starts with a conversation about the situation as it is today: the process, the systems, the constraints and the outcome you want, with the people directly involved. A discovery phase, usually 1-2 weeks, then produces a documented recommendation, scope or roadmap with the trade-offs written down. Implementation starts only when it is justified.

You work directly with the two founders, who are involved in every project. We reply to enquiries within one business day. Discovery ends in a written recommendation with the trade-offs visible, and delivery happens in testable stages, so you check working software as it arrives. The reporting rhythm is agreed with you at the start of each engagement.

We work with the people closest to the operation, who know the process and its exceptions, and we contribute technical experience. Before recommending anything we compare existing products, integration, automation, modernization and custom development, and we recommend an existing product when it meets the requirement.

Your organization does. The code, documentation and project accounts belong to you, and you remain free to run the system internally or with another provider.

A discovery phase usually takes 1-2 weeks. A first working version typically follows in 6-10 weeks, depending on integrations and how much is still unknown. Larger systems are then delivered in further increments.
