Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired Softwiro to build the online store for Todo Kidswear. The scope covered the storefront and an admin dashboard to manage products, stock, orders, shipping and online payments. Key deliverables: shipping cost set per governorate / stock tracking across warehouses / card payment at checkout / offers and coupons, keep only what you actually use, plus the ability for our team to update products and content without a developer. The project took about one year. The store is now live and taking orders, and Softwiro support after delivery, e.g. responds quickly when we have an issue.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since launching the new store, we have seen an increase from around 650 orders per month to approximately 900 orders per month, representing growth of about 38%. Around 65% of orders are now paid online by card, making checkout faster and more convenient for customers. We have also significantly reduced overselling issues because stock is now tracked accurately across each warehouse. In addition, our team can update products, prices, and promotional offers directly without waiting for a developer, allowing us to respond much faster to day-to-day business needs. Their responsiveness, flexibility, and ability to understand and implement our requirements made the experience very positive.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Softwiro managed the project clearly from the beginning, sharing the development plan and keeping us regularly updated through WhatsApp and scheduled calls. The project was delivered on time, and communication throughout the process was straightforward and consistent. When we needed to add an additional payment option and make some changes to our shipping rules, the team responded the same day and implemented the changes within 2–3 business days. We had a minor issue with order notifications shortly after launch, but the team investigated it quickly and resolved it within the same day without affecting our ongoing orders. Overall, the support after launch has been responsive and reliable.

The team was professional, responsive, and delivered a solution that met our expectations. They were also quick to understand our requirements and handle any changes we requested. The quality of the work, ongoing support, and flexibility of the team made the overall cost worthwhile.

What impressed us most was their responsiveness and flexibility. They understood our requirements quickly and were able to turn our ideas into practical solutions without making the process complicated. We also appreciated that we could communicate directly with the team and receive quick responses whenever we needed a change or had a question. Whenever we requested changes, the team responded quickly and kept the work moving without unnecessary delays. The team also paid attention to our feedback and quickly implemented the requested improvements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Softwiro could have done differently?

There was very little we felt needed improvement. We suggested adding a few more customization options for some of the reports, and the team responded quickly and implemented them within a short time. It was a minor suggestion rather than an issue, and we appreciated how promptly they handled it.
