Two systems that do not talk to each other, so someone retypes the same data twice a day. A process that lives entirely in the owner's head, which means nothing can be delegated. Work that gets dropped between departments because nobody owns the handoff.

Those problems rarely announce themselves as software problems. They show up as an owner working sixty hours, an invoice that never went out, or a key person nearing retirement and nobody else knowing how to do what they do.

We build the system that replaces that. Not a general purpose tool you have to configure into submission, but something shaped around how the business actually works.

On AI, we use it every day and we are deliberate about where. It does bounded, scoped work. A person approves anything that changes your data. The rest is ordinary automation. That demos less impressively than an autonomous agent and it is still working correctly in month six.
