I’m the founder of Bad Baby Dinos NFT collection.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Softtik Technologies?

We were looking for the technology side of launching our collection, which included blockchain development, tokenization, and web development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Softtik Technologies to generate the artwork for the 12,000 images of our Bad Baby Dino collection. They were also required to tokenize those on the Ethereum blockchain and develop our website.

They used AWS for most of the development standpoint and designed some sketches that they ran with for the entire framework.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a core group of four people and our main point of contact was the CEO.

How did you come to work with Softtik Technologies?

We were interviewing several firms because we needed a very unique set of skills with the way this market is developing. We came across Softtik Technologies on Fiverr and decided to go with them because of their portfolio and how they managed the contract.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested somewhere between the $50,000–$75,000 USD range.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked from August–October 2021 on this particular project, but we’re still going to collaborate with them on our other ventures.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were very comfortable working with them through the entire project. One thing that speaks volumes about the quality of their work is the functionality of the website. Thanks to them, we’ve launched a fully-functioning website with a minting engine that’s still doing what it’s supposed to do.

How did Softtik Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed very well, considering the time zone differences, so we were very fortunate to communicate with the team openly. We were very happy with the way the management worked out, and we mainly used email, text, and WhatsApp to interact.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best part about working with them was how well-rounded they were — they brought a bit of everything to the table.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think they could improve on anything, and the only difficulties we faced were the time zone differences and the communication barrier. However, I wouldn’t really consider those as problems, because we did quite well throughout the entire project.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would say that communication is key — the more you communicate upfront, the better you can set your expectations.
