I’m the founder of ELDEVELOP, a business services company. We offer full-cycle software development services, including IoT, machine learning, mobile and web development, UI/UX design, branding, and testing for businesses of all sizes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SoftSprit has been responsible for the end-to-end development of several e-commerce platforms. Their scope of work has included UI/UX implementation, frontend and backend development, payment gateway integration, third-party API integrations, database design, performance optimization, quality assurance, and deployment. They’ve also provided ongoing technical support, maintenance, and implemented new features as our business requirements evolved. The final deliverables have been fully functional, scalable, and reliable e-commerce systems that meet our expectations in terms of quality and performance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main measurable outcomes have been the successful launch of fully functional e-commerce systems, improved website performance, stable operation under regular customer traffic, and a smoother purchasing process for end users. We’ve also seen better management of products, orders, and customer data, which has helped improve our internal workflow. Overall, the delivered systems have met our business goals and provided a reliable foundation for further growth and future improvements.

Specifically, page load times have improved by approximately 20%–30%, order processing has become around 30% faster, the number of support issues after launch has decreased significantly, and system uptime has exceeded 99.9%.
