SoftPrudence had already completed a website for my publishing company, I wanted a new "author" website to support a mulit-territory traditionally published book launch.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The company offers unlimited changes and I find that working on a website involves many small tweaks. Some companies charge for changes, which makes this sort of project unwieldy and expensive. The team at SoftPrudence work hard to please the client and by the end of the project you get exactly what you want. It's a satisfying process and the team are willing, smart, efficient and obliging.

I did the design work, and the team turned it into a workable WordPress website. I love working with them this way, and they do their very best to accommodate my needs and work to my style. They never miss deadlines, and they're always polite and accommodating.

Amit, the CEO is a very kind, decent man who works very hard to make sure clients are always happy. I very much appreciate his values and approach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something softprudence could have done differently?

I first worked with the company in 2023/2024 and they were great then, but they have massively improved all skills since then, especially communication. I speak English and they speak Hindi and over time they have found ways to ensure there are no communication breakdowns. Working via email and WhatsApp is super-simple and efficient. They are always willing to make improvements and keep clients happy.
