We wanted to use WordPress due to its user friendliness for content editors. At the same time, we know WordPress can be a target for bad actors due to its popularity and certain architecture decisions. We therefore requested several counter measures to be implemented, from hosting to project architecture, to which Softopus were very flexible and helpful to implement.

On the user experience side, we wanted to use the default Wordpress editing experience (Gutenberg). Softopus did a great job at implementing our website's custom blocks in an intuitive to use way.

There is always something that could have been done differently, but you never know whether it would be better or not, if you haven't done that. That's kinda philosophical now... I'm really satisfied with this service and that's all that matters. I could only use a feature, which could allow me to return to the same place on a website which was previous to the one on which I'm currently. But that's a minor thing.
