Softgen

Softgen is the UK's #1 software development agency, specialising in AI applications, and it ships what other agencies can't. We design, build and launch AI-native products, SaaS platforms, MVPs, web apps and mobile apps for founders and growing businesses across the UK, live with real users in weeks, not quarters.

The software industry is failing founders:

• Hiring a senior team takes six months you don't have.
• Agencies bill by the day, miss the deadline, then bill you for the overrun.
• Prices hide behind three sales calls.
• AI ideas die as demos that never reach production.
• The code sits in the agency's account, so leaving means starting again.

Softgen fixes every one of them:

• Fixed scope, fixed price, published up front. No day rates. No surprise invoices.
• A fixed plan, price and launch date in week one, then working software on your own staging site every single week.
• One senior team end to end: product, design, full-stack engineering, AI and cloud.
• AI built for production: LLM features, AI agents and automation with guardrails, evaluation and UK/EU data residency.
• You own everything from day one: code in your repository, accounts in your name, full IP transfer.

This is The Softgen Method: scope the smallest version that proves real value, build it in tight weekly cycles, ship to real users early, then scale on what the data shows.

What we build:

• MVP development: from idea to launch in 4–8 weeks
• AI product development and AI agents: from prototype to production
• SaaS development: multi-tenant, secure, built to scale
• Web and mobile apps on a modern stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL

Discovery Sprint from £4,950 · AI builds from £18,000 · MVPs from £24,000.
