SOCLogix provides the bulk of our Security Operations Center services. This primarily covers SIEM and Vulnerability management, but also includes Incident Response and Forensic Investigation. We have deployed various hardware and software developed by SOCLogix over the years.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

SOCLogix delivers alerts, tickets, and communications regarding any issues for our clients within exceptional timeframes. We are treated with respect and promptness as though we are a part of their internal company.

SOCLogix is exceptional in delivering services and making us, and by extension our network of clients, part of their family.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In our previous engagements, we were not met with the same feeling of being a priority. Additionally, alerting would be lacking or, worse, missing. This has NEVER been an issue with SOCLogix and they have rightfully earned our trust in these departments.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SOClogix could have done differently?

Any time there was room for error, we would address it with Matt and SOCLogix's staff and they would make the necessary mitigations. It's everything we could expect and ask for.

SOClogix helped our customers make sure their emails were secure and were proactive in preventing risky accounts from being compromised. They also assisted customers who were compromised and made sure they quarantined all threats to the customer's email as part of the remediation process.

The number of compromised accounts, the number of risky accounts identified, and CSAT.
