• We hired SocialFansGeeK to revamp our social media presence. Our goal was to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience effectively, and improve conversion rates through strategic social media campaigns.

SocialFansGeeK worked an assessment of all the existing social media platforms for my business and defined strengths and weakness to come up with a proper plan to work towards the set objectives. Key deliverables included:

Stellar content calendars
Brand and ad specific advertisement campaigns
Sales-and-clicks-oriented messages meant to provoke more participation from the users
Reports that illustrate organizational performance and alter tactics
The duties performed by them are coming up with ways to target your posts, forming ads for specific audiences, and ensuring brand image uniformity across all the platforms.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The findings topped our expectations. As is evident from the above analysis, our companies’ engagement on social media platforms improved and reflected as the number of followers on the various social media platforms: Relevant topics sold advertisements increased conversion rates whilst the audience became more responsive. We also noted a reduced influx of wasted ad spend as the campaigns were much more efficient.

In the management of their project, SocialFansGeeK was very good. There were perfect communication with the client; details of the advances and correspondence were communicated through email, and online meetings were conducted with specific daily/weekly timetables. It was therefore quite easy to ask for clarifications or request changes, which they will promptly do.

Indeed, their potential to provide creative and particularizable solutions is remarkable. They helped us a lot giving us ideas and advices which improved the outcome of our campaigns much. In my case, I did not have any problem with my time. They did a great job and treated everything as a real business working meticulously professional and delivering more than what we were expecting at all stages.
