I'm a director of a specialist consulting firm that delivers advisory, business, support, and technology solutions to the energy, commodity, treasury, and capital markets.

As a growing company, our internal capacity and experience hampered our marketing capability and hence why we engaged with Social Chameleon to provide an ongoing service.

We selected a small number of possible marketing companies and decided to move forward with Social Chameleon based on their approach, interest and engagement with our company.

The scope of work is wide-ranging, covering social media posts, email campaigns, website redesign, SEO, conference preparation, content management and advice. The ongoing engagement also includes strategic plans to grow the SEO rankings by structural and content changes to the company's website.

We worked with the Founder & CEO, the SEO Manager and our account manager

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our LinkedIn followers has more than doubled to nearly 9,000 since working with Social Chameleon. SEO scores, website visitors have also improved.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have weekly Teams calls, and additional calls where necessary for specific work items. Email and comms via Slack in addition to the calls keeps the teams in close contact.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They cover all our needs for marketing, and are very keen to drill down and they understand our business to optimize our marketing strategy.

I am the Founder/Director of a Yoga Wellness company running yoga and wellness retreats in UK and Europe, as well as holding in-studio workshops and classes. More recently we have included an online gifts store.

We had previously worked in-house with Jemima Myers of Social Chameleon and continued to draw on her expertise and services.

We required a broad range of digital and social media marketing services to promote exclusive yoga retreats. Also designed and rolled out digital marketing services for bespoke built corporate wellness weekends.

More recently online store promotion of yoga wellness gifts. Activities also included email marketing campaigns, devising marketing content and graphic design and designing promotional leaflets.

How many resources from the Social Chameleon team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a Digital Marketing Manager and additional contractors including web design and social media management.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We succeeded in running upwards of 10 retreats per year, increased our social media presence and awareness, not only in the UK, but also in Europe, USA and Southern Africa. Latterly our e-commerce sales from our online store has gained traction and sales are increasing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We held weekly or fortnightly in person meetings as well as regular communication through a number of interface technologies. Social Chameleon was always available outside of regular working hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have found the responsiveness of the company and follow-through to be excellent. Also a high level of creativity, resourcefulness and execution and delivery. In every instance, Social Chameleon went above and beyond our expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Unaware of anything that could have been done differently. We were entirely satisfied and pleased with the work.
