The Social Butterflies provides social media marketing for us. They are responsible for posting daily on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. On occasion, they post for special promotions we’re having or create newsletters for us.

Our ongoing engagement with The Social Butterflies began in November 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When we first started this engagement, we only had a few hundred likes on Facebook, and now e have a few thousand. We have a reasonable following in certain communities. The Social Butterflies helps ensure that we have a daily presence and have increased the level of engagement on our social media posts.

How did The Social Butterflies perform from a project management standpoint?

Since this is a pretty straightforward engagement, there’s not much project management involved. We typically communicate via email, text, or phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Social Butterflies is reliable, they do everything I ask them to and they do it well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I get a reasonable value for the money.

Be clear about what you’re trying to achieve and specify the budget that you’re working with.
