Join the Novo Nordisk ITAM & Platform agile delivery team working according to the SAFe framework using DevOps as delivery method. Receive client requirements and based on those define, refine, estimate, develop, and implement User Stories and solutions in the ServiceNow instance, to the entire Novo Nordisk organisation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The satisfaction expressed by internal (IT dept.) and external (IT dept. clients) in Novo Nordisk and the actual business value delivered to Novo Nordisk.

No only can Novo Nordisk can rely on timely deliveries and the quality absolutely meets the expectations and quite frequently exceeds them as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to deliver from day one is impressive. It took a very, very limited effort from Novo Nordisk before both business and "technical/domaine" understanding was at a level where contributions to the ServiceNow solution in Novo Nordisk were substantial. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something SNowIT could have done differently?

No really. Expectations have been met and sometimes exeeded, so it would be difficult to describe anything.

Very responsive, nearly always before due delivery.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very good communications and service-oriented attitude. Great cost-benefit ratio due to high efficiency of staff delivering solutions. Good consultative mindset - thinking through tasks before starting, which often lead to much better solutions and helped to avoid problems upfront. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something SNowIT could have done differently?

SNowIT is very focused on core capabilities that enable them to deliver at a high pace. That was sometimes limiting the usage area to certain tasks. During the project, SNowIT was working on that and enlarged the capability spectrum so that even more things were delivered with outstanding velocity and efficiency.
