Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The Snow Media manages paid search and paid social advertising for VOLO Beauty, a DTC and wholesale hair care brand. Their engagement began with Google Ads in October 2025 and expanded to include Meta Ads (Instagram and Facebook) a few months later. The scope covers full account management: campaign strategy, ad creative direction, audience building, budget allocation, ongoing optimization, and monthly performance reporting. Key Deliverables Google Ads management: Built and manage a full account structure including Performance Max, Shopping, and branded search campaigns. Currently driving a 339% ROAS with revenue up 58% month over month. Meta Ads management: Manages Retargeting and Prospecting campaigns (ABO and CBO structures), including creative testing across static, carousel, and UGC-style ad formats. Recent restructuring lifted purchases 250% and revenue 170% month over month. Audience building: Developed custom Shopify-based audiences and 1% lookalikes from high-LTV and high-AOV customer segments to sharpen targeting. Klaviyo flow optimization: Identified and rebuilt an underperforming cart abandonment flow, increasing flow revenue by over 500% and conversion rate improvements alongside it. YouTube growth campaign: Launched a new subscriber acquisition campaign that's already brought in 100+ subscribers, working toward monetization and a future YouTube shopping storefront. Site and funnel recommendations: Proactively monitors the Shopify storefront and flags conversion or UX issues outside the core ad scope, with hands-on implementation when asked. Reporting: Delivers a monthly executive summary with full KPI transparency (spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) across both Google and Meta, plus campaign-level breakdowns and clear next steps.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The Snow Media has been consistently reliable and easy to work with from a project management standpoint. Deliverables, whether that's monthly reporting, campaign launches, or creative testing cycles, have come in on time without us needing to chase anything down. She keeps us looped in with clear, regular updates (including a detailed monthly executive summary) so we always know what's happening in the accounts and why. Communication is a major strength. She's responsive to questions, quick to flag issues before they become problems, and proactive about bringing solutions rather than just surfacing them. When we've had a specific need come up outside the normal cadence, whether it's a promotional push or a tweak to targeting, she's turned it around quickly. She also gives us a heads-up well in advance around any planned time off, so there's never a gap in coverage or communication. Overall, she manages the relationship the way you'd want a long-term partner to: organized, transparent, and consistently a step ahead of what we need.
What was your primary form of communication with The Snow Media?
Virtual Meeting
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What stands out most is that The Snow Media treats our ad accounts as one piece of a bigger picture, not a siloed task list. She doesn't just optimize within the scope of what she was hired to do; she's constantly looking at the whole customer journey and flagging opportunities we wouldn't have caught ourselves, from a broken email flow to a new traffic channel worth testing (she recently pitched us on Microsoft Ads with real performance data from another client to back it up). She also just gets it done. If she sees something that could be improved, whether it's a landing page, a flow, or an audience segment, she doesn't just point it out and wait for direction. She'll implement it herself when asked, which has saved us a ton of back and forth and internal bandwidth. It's rare to find someone this technically sharp who also brings genuine care and initiative to the relationship. She's not managing an ad account, she's actively invested in whether our business grows, and that shows in every report and every conversation.
Are there any areas for improvement or something The Snow Media could have done differently?
Honestly, we're struggling to come up with anything meaningful here. Overall, we've been genuinely impressed with the level of service and communication, and we don't have any real concerns to flag.
