Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We had an algorithm, but didn't know how to put it into code and yet, also create something functional. We started with a simple chart. It wasn't the best but Snap SEO helped us with research on what actually makes a good user epxerience. Something that our users would love. That worked great.

They then helped us do research on the top locations and then wrote content for each page. Each step was clear and explained to us without asking.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our daily traffic went from 100 to over 500 visitors. Some days, on larger events we would get to over 1,000,000 visitors, plus all the refreshes. Our server crashed so they assisted us with an autoscaling server.  We also went from zero leads to thousands of active users.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team was consitently early on meeting deadlines. If I had a question, or needed more time approving things they always worked with me as they liked the "human approach" and said "shit happens". We get it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked the fact that before they even sold me on anything, they took time to answer all my questions. The video audit was quite informative and then when it came to content, it sounded as though it was me writing it, albiet, more polished :)

Are there any areas for improvement or something Snap SEO could have done differently?

So far no, I am happy
