What was the scope of their involvement?

SMJP provided training on how to manage my business and run my projects. They developed a workflow model for marketing, delivery, onboarding, and outboarding. Additionally, the team provided customer care training to my employees, showing them how to attend to customers and use the workflow.

I worked with three teammates from SMJP. My initial meeting was with the director, and then I worked with project managers.

I found them through a referral.

We spent roughly $500.

We worked together from January–May 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My sales have increased 30%–40% thanks to the workflow model SMJP created. I can also run my business smoothly thanks to their management training.

How did SMJP Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

They did great with project management; they met the deadlines and stayed within the budget. We used Google Meet, Zoom, and phone calls for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed with SMJP's expertise. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should do some marketing for their business because they're not well known.

Any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to cooperate with them in everything.
