SMC - Solution Minds Consulting

Solution Minds Consulting (SMC) is a 100% independent ERP, AI and digital transformation consultancy supporting organisations across Australia and New Zealand. With 20 years of experience and 750+ technology transformation projects, we help businesses make better technology decisions and protect their investment through delivery.

We work on your side of the table. We don’t sell software or receive vendor commissions. Our advice is based on your business needs, with no commercial incentive to recommend a particular platform.

Our services include:

• ERP and enterprise systems consulting: strategy, roadmaps and independent advice across finance, HR and payroll, CRM, supply chain, asset management and HSEQ systems.
• Software selection and vendor negotiation: requirements definition, evaluation, selection and commercial negotiations.
• Technology business cases: assessing options, costs, benefits and risks to support investment decisions.
• ERP project recovery and health checks: identifying delivery risks, strengthening governance and helping bring troubled implementations back on track.
• AI consulting: AI strategy, governance, use case development, tool selection, implementation and adoption.
• Digital transformation consulting: aligning technology, people and processes with business priorities.
• Business process improvement: simplifying workflows and improving operational performance.
• Change management and business readiness: preparing leaders and teams to adopt new systems and ways of working.
• Data advisory: improving data quality, governance and readiness for ERP and AI.
• Software licence management: reviewing agreements, renewals and opportunities to reduce costs.

Whether you are planning an investment, selecting software or facing challenges mid-implementation, SMC provides independent advice and practical client-side support.
