SMB Advantage is an AI implementation consultancy for small businesses. We design and build the systems, and the person you talk to is the person doing the work.

Our clients are owner-operated businesses, roughly $1M to $10M in revenue, usually with no technical staff. They are not looking for an AI strategy. They are losing hours every week to invoicing, reporting, follow-up, quoting, and re-keying the same information into two systems, and they want that to stop.

How we work:

We map the process first. That means sitting with the person who does the job today and writing down how it actually flows, exceptions included. What we automate is decided after that, and we will tell you when a process should not be automated at all.

Builds start small and specific. One workflow, one number to move, live in weeks rather than quarters. You expand after the first build proves itself, so you are never committing budget to something unproven.

Everything is documented and handed over. Your team learns to run and change what we build. The goal is that you need us less over time.
