I'm the owner of a website that is focused in agriculture and pretends to sell 3d designs based on agriculture

For what projects/services did your company hire SmartUP Digital, and what were your goals?

The website was created to promote a better world, helping people growing their own food and give aware of coming global warming. We hire them to develop all the idea I had.

How did you select SmartUP Digital and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for an agency and after few days I found them based on their past projects, how they were rated on Fiverr and time of response

We started talking through fiverr while we were beginning the development, after few weeks, we already had the domain and other steps advanced, we decided to have a closer communication and move forward from there.

How many people from the SmartUP Digital team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The two owners of the agency are the ones who have always worked with me.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Few weeks after launching we saw and increase in traffic but hasn't been huge yet.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

At the beginning we use to talk more through whatsapp messages but then we started meeting on zoom every friday.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their customer service is impressive in the workflow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There have been some problems with syncing the payment methods but they solved it fast.
