Ima is an EXCELLENT project manager! She and the team have been able to work around and through some difficult situations on our end, and have done it with grace and professionalism. Communication and turnaround have been great.

They have a very large team of people with specific skillsets. That CAN become a problem, for communication, finger-pointing, and scheduling. But Ima and the team have it completely under control, to the point that it feels like they're the only ones working on the project.
Are there any areas for improvement or something SmartSites could have done differently?
The project isn't done yet, but so far nothing negative.
