I am impressed with the number of companies they work with and the sheer volume of services they provide! And their reviews seem to be great all around! Very impressive indeed.
Are there any areas for improvement or something SmartSites could have done differently?
It can be difficult to communicate via email all of the time and think having Zoom meetings more often would be helpful. Maybe every two to three weeks, just to make sure there is no communication breakdown.
