BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

My company is a forklift truck service and rental company, with 120 employes and with 20 million euros anual turnover. I´m the CEO and partner of it. We are leaders in Portugal.

For what projects/services did your company hire SmartLinks?

We hired Smartlinks to constructe and manage our website, and manage all company comunication on professional and social media plataforms.

What were your goals for this project?

To increase company visibility and receive more enquires from potential customers. We realize after few weeks after starting work with Smartlinks the number of contacts increase a lot.

We consulted 3 companies, we asked for references for each one of them, and we decide according information collected Smartlinks was the best choice.

Describe the project in detail.

We explain to Smartlinks team what we have on our idea, and they managed it all to became reality. We are not experts in image and comunication, so Smartlinks do it all.

What was the team composition?

I can´t answer this question, once all team was from Smartlinks. As explained before, we hired them in outsourcing, I just had one person from my company to follow the project in terms of schedule and planing, but Smartlinks do it all.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We usually didn´t receive requests from nem customers from WEB or digital platforms. Since we start to work with Smartlinks we increase from almost zero to a level of contacts and requests around 40% of new deals.

This lead us to a very important penetration in our market, and aloud us to manage our sales strenght easier.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have a very good connection with them, it's very easy to work between their people and ours.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The experience, the know how about all process and methods, and the support whenever we need it.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes , for sure, but we are working on it. We are doing it step by step.
