I'm the business development manager at Go Supps. We are an e-commerce nutritional supplement company. We buy multiple products from the US, and we store them in our warehouse in Connecticut and later ship them domestically and abroad.

We needed help with ERP implementation for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Smart Way Business Solutions implemented our ERP platform, the second main platform we worked on. We had our e-commerce site, but it needed an ERP backend to work with. We also had an open-source ERP, which is Odoo, and we needed a development company to manage and implement all the additional requirements we needed for that.

We worked with two members of their team, including the general manager, who handled all the teams, especially the development group.

We were impressed by the accuracy and speed of the implementation; they executed all of our requirements with a great business understanding. Smart Way had a unique feature; they deeply comprehended our business needs, considering them as business and development partners.

They were excellent. We used Trello as our project management tool, and we communicated through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.

They had a profound business understanding of Odoo in general and a deep commitment to learning our needs.

They could augment their staff to manage and handle the work more efficiently and more rigidly.
