Three ways to start: an AI & data audit (~1-2 weeks), a PoC/MVP sprint on real data (~2-4 weeks), or production delivery / fractional AI architect. Engineering rigour from the first commit: unit, integration and load tests, code review and secure architecture. Client data stays in the client's infrastructure.
