Our overall website traffic has over tripled in 9 months. Our team and customers are both satisfied with the results, and the site has generated dozens of new leads. We are very satisfied.

I'm truly impressed with the attention to detail in their project management. I've had direct communication with Raz throughout the project. As a company, they have been very transparent with what was involved in achieving certain tasks and proactive in preventing unnecessary delays.

Our primary goal is the visual aspect of the website. We wanted a new, appealing, sooth looking website that shows our company in a nice way. The second goal is of course increasing our conversion rate. We have close to 5000 unique visitors per month on our website.

Our main point of contact was Ras as we requested and Monika was our SEO related manager.

Since it has been only two months I cannot really state yet specific numbers, however the feedback we have received from our subscribers, clients and new visitors has been amazing to say the least. The improvement to the website and our brand as a whole was noticeable immediately. The conversion rate has been steadily going up since launch.

Small Biz project management was seamless and very easy. They are working with Google Sheets which I find very continent and easy to share. I was given a link to a development server as well, where I could see the progress of our project and was able to give note very easily.

Raz's teams ability to translate our vision conversation into real working website that represents us much better and frankly elevates our brand.

Not really. Raz made sure everything was on time and budget.

As the project is still ongoing the final result is not out yet so it is not right to say anything right now but we are satisfied working with Small Biz and thrilled for the final result. We look forward to seeing how this new website will drive positive growth in our business.

We focused on our goal during the discussion and during this time he prepared the plan which was explained to me in a better way, we contracted the other day and the project manager kept in touch with me, quickly starting work on the project which is still ongoing, meanwhile Small Biz allows me to see the status of the project. We have a chatting group with Small Biz where we interact during the project, This way it is quite easy to work with Small Biz.

There is a lot of transparency in this company; we are not just a client but a part of the project and we are discussed at every step, also there is a good system of group discussion, all these features make me comfortable and find it very effective.

Small Biz Web Design Studio's effort has been very fruitful, our website is ranking very well, we are ranked second for seven search phrases. Our website is performing very well in terms of organic search. We have also got good returns in the investment we made because the number of new users on our website has increased by 65%.

I have always been a fan of their project management, I have observed their work from the inception of the project, they have good work division and everyone is expert in their work, Keyword research was taken care of and the possible problems that may come during the project were informed in advance but fortunately we did not face any problem and here we also get weekly and monthly reports, we use Skype for communication which was easy for important discussion.

Their performance is quite good, our return on investment is very good, I can't tell the exact conversion rate but we are being approached by clients from far flung areas too. If we look at the comparative findings, every month the queries grow at the rate of 10% which is a good sign.

I have no doubts about the project management style of this company, they are in constant touch with us and we have a healthy discussion regarding the project.

Their friendly behavior, excellent communication, and their team's expertise and time management are outstanding. The project is completed on time which is good.
