BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder and executive director of the Happily Ever After League, a nonprofit organization that supports mothers through cancer recovery. We give a one-time financial grant to mothers to help with medical expenses and provide a HEALing House for emotional and social support as well as outreach and a food pantry.

For what projects/services did your company hire Slyker Marketing?

We hired them for website updates and to help with our largest fundraiser, specifically with creating the event sign-up pages and marketing it.

How did you select this vendor?

Slyker Marketing was referred by a family friend.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Slyker Marketing met with me and learned about our goals and what was needed in order to set-up user-friendly pages for the fundraising event. They made updates and recreated a more efficient way for guests to sign-up. They even took on additional marketing tasks and created the event program for us based on the previous year's program. Slyker Marketing delivered a very professional looking product that our team was very pleased with. 

What was the team composition?

There were two co-chairs from the Fairytale Tea and a webmaster that Slyker Marketing worked with in addition to myself. We met several times to coordinate our needs for the event and the team worked with Slyker Marketing on specific parts or tasks regarding the set-up of the event page.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

From a team standpoint, Slyker Marketing made the process of event sign-up seamless and the team worked very well with them. The guests also enjoyed the simplicity of using the sign-up page, which helped us get tickets sold without any issues.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Slyker Marketing communicated their status at all times and was very respectful of deadlines. They delivered on time!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We liked their professionalism and how easy it was for them to fit right in with our team. Everyone enjoyed working with them.
