We hired Skynetitsolutions to digitize our ordering system, reduce food waste through AI inventory, and increase online sales via a custom mobile app and digital marketing.

Can you describe the scope of work Skynetitsolutions handled for this project?

Skynetitsolutions handled the complete end-to-end digital transformation for our food and beverage retail business from January 2025 to April 2025. The scope of work was divided into four main phases:

1. Mobile App Development

Skynetitsolutions developed a fully custom Android & iOS app with online ordering, real-time tracking, loyalty program, POS integration, and multiple payment options. Launched on Play Store and App Store.

2. AI-Based Inventory Management

They built an AI-powered system for real-time stock monitoring, demand prediction, low-stock alerts, and food waste tracking. Reduced waste by 25-30%.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO

hey managed local SEO, social media (Instagram/Facebook), Google My Business, email marketing, SMS campaigns, and push notifications. Achieved 40% increase in local traffic.

4. Customer Support Automation

They deployed an AI chatbot for order status, FAQs, refunds, and WhatsApp integration. Achieved 85% automated resolution rate.

We tracked app downloads (8,500+), inventory turnover (4.2 → 6.8), CSAT (3.8 → 4.6/5), NPS (+32 → +58), food waste % (18% → 12.5%), and chatbot resolution rate (85%).

How did Skynetitsolutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They had excellent project management. They used Agile with weekly meetings, Jira for tracking, and a dedicated PM. 90% of deliverables were on time. Only the App Store launch was delayed by 1 week (Apple's issue, not theirs). The AI inventory system came 2 weeks early.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Their ability to handle everything in-house was impressive – mobile app, AI inventory, marketing, and chatbot. We didn't need multiple vendors. Also, they proactively fixed our checkout flow without extra charges and gave us 2 months of free post-launch support. Truly unique.

Are there any areas they could improve?

A few small areas: (1) Initial requirement gathering had some back-and-forth – better documentation would help. (2) No Sunday support – challenging for retail businesses. (3) Training manual was too basic – video tutorials would be better. None were major issues, and they improved after our feedback.
