Skjld Labs helps businesses and organisations put artificial intelligence to work safely. We are founded by the team behind MediVox, which builds AI for healthcare, where the demands for privacy and security are the strictest.
What we do:
- AI advisory: we map where AI saves time in your organisation, what data it needs, and where it should not be used.
- AI agents and systems: we build agents for defined tasks, such as answering customer email or handling recurring routines, with a person approving where mistakes have consequences.
- Our own products:
- Skjld Cloud, a workspace with documents, CRM, meetings, tasks and AI agents (public beta).
- Skjld Database, Microsoft SQL Server that we host and operate for you. Each customer gets their own database, with access through a closed VPN tunnel, and we handle backups, monitoring and operations.
- Svaragent, which drafts replies to customer email, and Skjld Diktat, which turns speech into finished text.
- All our solutions run on our own servers, so you know where your data is.
- Microsoft Copilot: as a Microsoft partner, we set up Copilot and review access in SharePoint and Teams before launch.
- Training: courses and webinars through Skjld Kurs, and workshops for employees tailored to the tasks they actually do.
We work with organisations of all sizes, from small businesses to companies with more than 500 employees, as well as non-profits. Based in Sandefjord, Norway, working with clients in Norway and internationally.
