The software enables training providers, students and industries to have one single centralised space to communicate and record all stages and requirements of the workplace management, reducing admin load and giving students the best placement experience to enhance their learning and career growth.
SkilTrak automation feature reduces the workload of the admin team at any educational organisation and provides students the best match as per their course, preferences and location. Work placements always remain compliant with the VET Standard 2025. All communication remains within the CRM and the student journey trail is recorded every step of the way. Documents are stored in a secure space and are E-signed, saving the hassle of printing and getting signed. Assessment evidence is submitted to the evidence folders and assessed digitally as well. Based on all this, reporting and progress tracking aren't tasks anymore. Real-time progress tracking is just a few clicks away. Students' progress and placement status are visible via students' profiles, and decision-making gets proactive rather than reactive.
The ticketing system allows the team to flag issues and take actions to resolve them before they escalate into compliance blunders. Role-based access allows large organisations such as TAFEs and universities to manage their team and their roles.
