We needed help with HCM integration.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SKILLFI has designed, built, and deployed integrations between HCM and HR, payroll, and ATS. The team has also handled requirements gathering, data mapping, workflow automation, testing, and go-live support. The team has delivered integration design documents, a field mapping workbook, configured integrations and APIs, test results, a deployment plan, and knowledge transfer and post-go-live hypercare support.
