I worked with Alex on automating my sales and outreach strategy for my production company. He did a great job being open to listening to my situation as a small business and his consulting skills were great. He was able to reccomend great strategies to improve my social medai outreach

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes that we discussed were seeing the amount of outreach that my company produces. For example, I usually send approximately 4-10 emails/linkedin messages per day. With his suggestions, I will be able to invest into new Ai software that can help me send over 100 emails/messages a day and can have personalized touch on these instead of just a typical spam message. Great information!

For this project, I was mostly learning about the information about Ai and how it can be impactful for my business. Alex was great in explaining the concepts of Ai and letting me know of all of the options and prices. We discussed together my situation as a small business and talked about the best value for my company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most unique thing about this company is how much value they bring to their customers. Many people are trying to be "Ai experts" but Skill Mamoth is the real deal! The quick response time was also very appreciated.

Skill Mammoth took my plan and outline for the Mom Chaos Quiz and brought it to life. The goal was to create a quiz that would help me attract new leads for my business.

What Skill Mammoth Did:

• Consultation: They reviewed my quiz ideas and made sure everything aligned with my target audience (busy moms).
• Quiz Development: They crafted engaging quiz questions and multiple-choice answers, based on my outline, that reflected common challenges moms face.
• Results: They developed different result categories for the quiz, with each result offering helpful advice tailored to moms.
• Lead Generation: They set up the quiz to capture participants' emails so I could follow up and generate leads.
• Integration & Testing: They made sure the quiz worked smoothly and tested it to ensure it provided a good experience for users. They gave me the information and steps needed to seamlessly integrate it into my website.

Key Deliverables:

• A fully developed quiz with engaging questions and tailored results.
• A setup that captures leads (emails) at the end of the quiz.
• The quiz integrated into my website, fully tested, and ready to use.

This project turned my quiz idea into an effective lead generation tool.

• Completion of Project: The quiz was fully developed, tested, and integrated into my website, ready for use.
• Readiness for Promotion: The quiz is now an available tool I can promote and use to attract new leads.
• Initial Feedback: The structure and content of the quiz align perfectly with my target audience’s needs, and it’s set up to capture leads effectively once I begin strong promotion of it.

Skillmammoth demonstrated excellent project management throughout the development of my Mom Chaos Quiz. They consistently delivered items on time, meeting all deadlines as promised. They were also highly responsive to my needs, quickly making adjustments based on feedback and ensuring that the final product aligned with my vision and my budget.

Overall, their communication and ability to adapt made the process smooth and efficient.

What impressed me most about Skill Mammoth was their ability to adjust to both my needs and budget without sacrificing quality. The owner was incredibly personable and easy to work with, making the entire process feel collaborative and stress-free. Their flexibility and genuine care for my project really stood out, which made for a great experience overall.

There aren’t really any areas for improvement in my experience. The only thing I wish is that I could afford more of their services! They provided great value and exceeded my expectations.

Alex met with me for an hour and reviewed all of my processes for my coaching consulting business.  He looked at the software and applications I was using for every aspect of my business, including the sales, marketing, and accounting functions.  He then created an awesome Transformation Blueprint, along with the super cool Miro Whiteboard that showed me how to implement his ideas and recommendations.  He sent me both documents PLUS a video of him explaining everything.  To a non-techie that was SO valuable, and he anticipated all of my questions.

I just recently received my Blueprint so I don't have any measurable outcomes yet, but I am certain I will.
