As a new company which was just starting up, we engaged Sketch Brahma to help us design and develop our company's website from scratch. The goals were to:

1. Develop an interactive website
2. Modern design
3. Develop in-house blog on the website
4. Ongoing website maintenance for addition/modification of web pages and other website features

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We researched website developers in Bangalore, India and shortlisted Sketch Brahma. Initial discussions with them were helpful for us in getting conviction that their team is extremely skilled, hard working and have a partnership attitude.

After going through some of their past works, design concepts for our website and cost estimates which were in line with our expectation, we decided to go ahead with them and remain satisfied with their services till date

After the initial discussions on the pages for the website and aligning design concepts we proceeded as beow:

1. Got the mock up of the first set of web pages
2. Developed pages with testing links provided before pushing live
3. There on each new feature /page additions followed similar structure

We worked with the Project lead in addition to a developer and a designer.

The website came out nicely as expected. Several clients and prospects have complimented us on the professional design and structure of the website

The most impressive thing about team Sketch Brahma has been their attitude. They have gone beyond expectations to deliver additional features under urgent timelines

They can do a little better at managing communication

We hired Sketch Brahma for the UIUX development of our site and Platform.

We needed a good looking platform that allows our customers to easily understand what we offer, onboard themselves seamlessly and use our product easily.

I have previously engaged Sketch Brahma when I was working in a different company. I was very happy with their charges and work ethics that I went directly to them when I had this requirement.

We had a separate back end team who was working on the product. Sketch Brahma worked with us to decide the user flow and the page design to go along every step of the way.

What was the team composition?

We had a project manager who worked with us as the client and our back end team. There were 3-4 developers who worked on the project. The PM joined us on our weekly scrum to ensure that the work from their side is on track with our requirements and deadline.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform was completed successfully. There were a few delays that came from our side but the Sketch Brahma team were understanding and worked with the limitations that we had imposed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely smooth. Clear communications on what can be done. Expectations were set correctly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Work ethics and professionalism. They held themselves to a standard higher than what we had set for them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes. They could have been slightly more forthcoming when we or another partner was causing a problem. They tend to absorb it and move along which was unnecessary.
