SiteReady IT Logistics handles the physical side of healthcare IT equipment rollouts for
clinic openings, renovations, relocations, and multi-site programs across Tampa Bay and
Central Florida. We receive customer-owned IT equipment as it ships from vendors, document
its condition with counts and photos, store it in secure climate-controlled space, kit it
by room or workstation, and deliver it on one scheduled date when the site is ready. The
result: IT teams deploy into organized rooms instead of chasing boxes and damage claims
during go-live week.

Our scope is physical logistics only. We do not configure software, image devices, set up
networks, run cabling, or handle PHI, which keeps every team's role clean. We work with
healthcare developers, owner representatives, construction PMs and superintendents, IT
