Increased Number of leads and awareness about my buisness and significant improvement in traffic and compliments from clients about having a website with good design and it being so fast

my old website which was made by another company at the same cost was a terrible wordpress template with just a single whatsapp button and full of bloatware and placeholder data while With Sitenova the website has 0 bloatware and 0 placeholder data they used the exact data i gave them no template no bloatware maximum speed 

Are there any areas for improvement or something SiteNova could have done differently?

I wish they had more availability. They are in high demand so i had to make sure to book them well in advance for our upcoming project phases
