I’m the CEO of Young Security, a company that provides security services for big events, personal security, and object security.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire SiteGuardly to accomplish for your security services business?

We needed help with developing programs for internal use using Python. We also needed help with building a Home Assistant and AI for Trading 212 from scratch.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

SiteGuardly developed programs for Trading 212 and Home Assistant for our company’s use. The team also created light options, an electronic calculator, and a music installation. SiteGuardly built everything from scratch using Python. The team focused on creating API connections with our Trading 212 account and auto-trading with money. SiteGuardly also connected Home Assistant with smart installations inside our company’s building.

Someone referred SiteGuardly to me. I chose them over other options because they were close to my geographic location and offered good value for the cost.

We worked together from June 2024–August 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SiteGuardly’s Home Assistant was cost-effective, and the trading automation made money. We generated roughly €10,000 (approximately $10,800 USD) each year.

How did SiteGuardly perform from a project management standpoint?

SiteGuardly’s project management was spot-on. We contacted each other at least once a week to discuss what had been done and what needed to be done.

Our Story

We are Henk & Ellen Rensenbrink, the family team behind SiteGuardly in the Netherlands. With 15+ years of website development experience in our team, we build WordPress/WooCommerce websites, custom plugins and Python applications. Henk leads technical work; Ellen handles client communication and coordination. Clients review progress in a protected Sandbox and follow tasks in Trello. We value clear explanations, reliable delivery and maintainable software.

Yes. We first review what is already there, the reported problems and the important customer journeys. We then agree priorities and a clear scope. We can carry out the technical work ourselves, including WordPress/WooCommerce repairs, custom PHP or JavaScript, Python applications and API connections. We aim to preserve working features and existing data.

Yes. We create custom themes and plugins and can adapt an existing theme when that is the practical choice. Our own Guardly Flow quotation/invoice plugin and Guardly Gift gift-card plugin demonstrate our work. For commissioned development, ownership, third-party components and any ongoing licences are explained in the proposal.

We use a shared Trello board for tasks, priorities and feedback. Where the platform allows it, we also provide a protected Sandbox: a separate preview environment where you can try the work before it goes live. We give clear written updates and agree the release with you.

Yes. We check issues such as website structure, metadata, indexing signals, page performance, software updates and security. SiteGuardly includes our own monitoring and reporting tools. We explain what we found and which changes matter. Ongoing maintenance and support can be agreed separately; search rankings or a fixed number of leads cannot be guaranteed.

We agree the deliverables, price and any exclusions before starting. Depending on the work, we can propose a fixed project price or an hourly arrangement. We are based in the Netherlands and work remotely in Dutch and English. Henk leads technical development; Ellen handles client communication and coordination.
