Site Harbour designed and built a new website for our HVAC business. The project included the overall site design, mobile-friendly development, service pages, local SEO setup, contact and service request forms, analytics, and testing before launch. 

They also helped organize the website around our main residential and commercial HVAC services so customers could easily find the information they were looking for. This included pages for furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, maintenance, indoor air quality, and commercial HVAC. 

They also built tools to help us manage website inquiries more efficiently and keep better track of incoming leads.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Created dedicated service and location content for furnace, air conditioning, heat pump, indoor air quality, maintenance and commercial HVAC searches across the company's service area.

The new website is a big improvement over what we had before. It looks much better on desktop and works great on phones, which is important because a lot of customers are searching from their phones. It also loads faster and is much easier to use. We can track phone calls and website inquiries now, and it is easier for us to keep track of new leads coming in. Customers can also find the services they need and contact us much more easily.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Everything was handled well and the project stayed on track. Communication was easy and whenever we had a question or wanted something changed, Site Harbour got back to us quickly and took care of it. They explained things in a way that was easy to understand and we never felt left wondering what was going on. The site was completed on time and the whole process was pretty straightforward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was how easy they made the whole process. I am not a web guy, so I did not want to be dealing with a bunch of technical stuff. They listened to what we needed, gave us ideas when we were not sure what to do, and handled everything from the design to getting the site working properly. The finished website looks professional, works well on phones and computers, and gives us tools to track calls and leads that we did not have before.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Site Harbour could have done differently?

Nothing really comes to mind. Any changes or questions we had were handled quickly, and we are very happy with how the website turned out.
