SinoBot, Inc is a US corporation registered in the state of Delaware in 2008 and has become a wholly own subsidiary of Hong Kong based We Software, Ltd. in 2015. Our main operations are located in California and Shanghai, PRC. Our team is composed of technology professionals that are dedicated to transforming and translating technology into solutions, via focused products and professional services.

Since establishment 10+ years ago, Sinobot has been helping customers in cloud computing, project on-shoring/off- shoring, semiconductor factory automation, system integration, testing and technology consultation. Our projects encompass industries such as financials, education, e-commerce, semiconductor and we have maintained long-term relationships with customers including Intel, Centrify, POPSugar and Applied Materials to name just a few. Our management and technical staff are highly educated professionals with proven industry experience bringing in experience from many of the top S&P 500 companies like Intel, Cisco, HP, IBM and Oracle.
