I think that when building out a platform it is great if they take sometime to understand the market that this technology will be deployed in and assign a tech expert. Example: A B2B SaaS Expert would've been great becauseit would've helped us avoid some roadblocks we face with the software distribution.

The scope of work encompassed the complete development life cycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery section for our business. Key deliverables included a user-friendly app interface, robust backend functionality, and continuous optimization for performance and security.
