- Conducting initial candidate outreach, qualification, and interview coordination. 
- Presenting shortlisted candidates aligned with Moneta's technical and commercial requirements.

- Supporting offer negotiations and closing successful hires. 
- Successfully placing one Senior Backend Engineer and one Head of Sales, both of whom joined Moneta's full-time team.

The project resulted in the successful hiring of two key senior positions critical to Moneta's growth: a Senior Backend Engineer and a Head of Sales. These hires strengthened both the company's engineering capacity and commercial execution, enabling faster product development, improved delivery of new product features, and accelerated enterprise sales and partnership efforts. Both positions were successfully filled within the agreed recruitment scope and transitioned into full-time employment.
