Sinergis is engaged to provide comprehensive payroll administration services to ensure that Greenroof Indonesia’s monthly payroll process is accurate, timely, and compliant with Indonesian employment and tax regulations. Their responsibilities cover the full payroll cycle from data collection through reporting and statutory compliance.

The project delivered several measurable outcomes that demonstrate clear progress and success. Payroll accuracy improved significantly through structured data validation and standardized input processes, while monthly payroll cycles were consistently completed on time. Compliance also strengthened, with BPJS and PPh 21 reporting submitted accurately and within the required deadlines. In addition, payroll data management became more reliable, with updated and well-maintained employee records. The team also achieved faster turnaround in resolving payroll-related inquiries, supported by more streamlined and consistent payroll workflows. Together, these outcomes show meaningful operational improvements and reduced compliance risk.
