1. The management has been communicating frequently throughout the project, setting up expectations and verifying our needs.
2. Items were delivered on time. In case of delays, management has communicated with us to explain the delay and its cause.
3. Our needs were met well since the management kept verifying our needs and priorities. In addition, in case of emergency both the management and the team responded swiftly to assist with a solution.

1. Managed to get hundreds of paying subscribers.
2. The app was stable and there were very little bugs.
