Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Scope of the work was to do all embedded software development related work for our newcoming sound system. This involved system architecture, writing drivers for low level elements like ADCs, DSP, digital amplifiers, implementing our propitiatory communication interface, defining and setting up the business logic of the system.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We released our product that is operated by their software.

Because of the nature of the project (implementing our own protocol for the first time, doing research, requirements were changing etc.) , certain tasks took more time than previously estimated, but these were all communicated and justified. Sinai RnD does management exceptionally well. They respond very quickly, in a professional manner and take their work really seriously. 
The project requirements were changing multiple times during our collaboration, and Sinai's response proved how agile they are, and could very quickly adjust to the new needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive and unique attribute of Sinai RnD is that they really do care. A lot. This should be a given for a consultancy company, but unfortunately the reality is different. They had to deal with often changing requirements and immature specifications. They did not just implement whatever was written down in the spec sheet. 
During our collaboration they brought up more effective solutions than what was written down and pointed out potential issues with our suggested methods multiple times. It was truly a collaborative process, and I am beyond grateful for the care they took for our project.

There is none
