SimpliTechPro designed and launched a new website for Prosafe Plumbing & Mechanical, including Home, Poly-B repiping, Services, About and Contact pages. The work included design and content revisions, the domain and hosting transition, and launch support. The project then expanded to a custom business platform for estimates, proposals, customer approvals, invoices, online payments and a customer portal, with QuickBooks integration. The broader scope also includes Google Workspace email migration, service and location pages, and tools for managing promotions, blog content, customer reviews and website analytics. The SimpliTechPro team provides testing, revisions and technical support as we use the system and identify improvements. Development and support are ongoing, with features being refined around the needs of our plumbing business.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new website launched on August 31, 2026, with five core pages, including a dedicated Poly-B repiping page. We are now using the custom Prosafe platform to send customer proposals, collect approvals and manage deposits. The QuickBooks connection has also been established to support our accounting and payment workflow. These are concrete milestones that show the project’s progress. Development and testing are ongoing, with further improvements based on our everyday use of the system. We do not yet have verified figures for increases in website traffic, leads or time savings.

The SimpliTechPro team organized the project in stages, with review forms and opportunities to approve changes. The initial website was delivered promptly and launched in August 2026. The larger business platform has progressed through staged development and testing, with work still ongoing. Communication was clear through email and the project portal. The SimpliTechPro team was responsive to questions, patient with my detailed feedback and willing to make revisions. I appreciated being able to explain how our plumbing business operates and work with them on features that suit our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SimpliTechPro could have done differently?

As the custom platform is still being developed, continued testing and simplifying everyday workflows would be helpful. The SimpliTechPro team has been receptive to feedback and willing to make adjustments as we use the system in our plumbing business.
