Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the general manager at a digital agency. We’re mainly dedicated to advertising and communications.

What challenge were you trying to address with Simplifica Software?

We hired Simplifica Software to support a personal venture. It was quite a big project.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Simplifica Software has been contributing development support for our ticket sales site for the past two years. The extensive platform includes an e-commerce part and allows for self-management from users. Regarding technology, they usually work with Genexus. I believe this project also involved Java.

What is the team composition?

The team composition changed over the course of the project. Typically, 1-2 people worked with us at a time. One developer from Simplifica Software is currently involved, along with the project manager.

How did you come to work with Simplifica Software?

Simplifica Software contacted us a long time ago. One of our clients who had worked with them before recommended we use them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since November 2014.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In general, the results have been quite positive. The platform has shown to be a success. As always in this kind of project, there is still room for improvement. The site’s performance, however, has been outstanding.

How did Simplifica Software perform from a project management standpoint?

We didn’t use any project management tools. All our communication was over email or through personal discussions. We used Google Drive to share information. As for the deadlines, Simplifica Software met pretty much all of them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Simplifica Software was always very professional. Working on a platform like this can be complicated. The team was always willing to go the extra mile. They even worked on weekends. The site functions very well, although some parts of it are not as flexible with the specific design.

Are there any areas they could improve?

On the technical side, there are still some things that could be improved.
