For what projects/services did your company hire Simple Nguyen?

To review my website and GMB. At that time I was getting many emails from marketing companies suggesting I need a micro site. I reached out to Simple Nguyen to get more information on this.

How did you select Simple Nguyen and what were the deciding factors?

Prior to reaching out to Simple Nguyen, I was following him on FB. He posted lots of great educational info about marketing.

Simple Nguyen reviewed my website and social media accounts on other platforms and advised that I do not another site. Rather than telling me, like most other marketong agencies do, he instead took time to explain to me about key words and back leads and gave reccomendations how I can best utilize social media on my own.

My room for new clients was filled in fast thanks to the reccomendations of Simple Nguyen! When I am ready to scale my business once again, I know who I will entrust to run my marketing campaign.

How many resources from the Simple Nguyen team worked with you, and what were their positions?

One. The owner himself. His position was the best that can be: educating customers is more important than push sales agenda.

I got my first four clients within six weeks after I took steps reccomended by Simple Nguyen.

We talked online. He was very responsive. I had a million of questions, and he answered all of them without delays.

Putting education of clients before sales. They were honest and professional.

I do not believe so
