We're a basic e-commerce retailer selling custom crafts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We first approached Silver Cherry Design through their website and understood the cost of the project. They then built and designed our website from scratch, integrating several customer features, such as a payment gateway.

Moreover, they used Javascript to build the website and offered a year of maintenance services.

My main points of contact were the CEO and project manager.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're quite satisfied with the final product that Silver Cherry Design delivered and in terms of functionality, they did a great job of implementing features to increase web traffic.

In addition, we've gotten a lot of positive feedback and reviews from people who've seen our site.

How did Silver Cherry Design perform from a project management standpoint?

The team met our deadlines and consistently stayed on budget. We used GitHub as a project management tool and communicated through WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with how they were able to respond and resolve our queries with agility.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't have any constructive feedback because they did a great job.

Any advice for potential customers?

I'd advise you to create a proper timeline of how you want the output to be generated.
