In 2014, more and more people approached me, asking me to design, promote, and market their websites. Due to the high demand, I founded an online marketing agency, which from then on took on client projects. During this time, I learned, above all, how to standardize my work processes, conduct structured acquisition, and present the achieved results in reports. I also gained insight into many different industries, business models, and the problems faced by entrepreneurs.
In 2015, I founded my first e-commerce company. I wanted to apply the many learnings to the development of a new project and enter new fields. Sourcing, marketing, automation, sales funnels, email marketing, and logistics in particular offered the opportunity to learn many new things and implement them operationally.

Almost all operational tasks of the e-commerce company are now automated. Together with another partner, we focus exclusively on scaling, in addition to customer service. In 2019, we achieved growth of 530% and have been profitable since our founding.

Since 2019, I have been offering my experience in e-commerce as a consultant and service provider.
