I am the CEO of Naturellement d.o.o. Cazin

Naturellement is a young company that has recognized the potential in the industry of production, purchase and processing of herbs. The company has highly sophisticated equipment for processing herbs, which includes a condensation dryer in which the process of drying herbs is carried out in such a way that the cooling process and evaporator technology produce high-quality dried herbs that retain all their medicinal ingredients, including oils to a much greater extent than traditional methods of drying herbs. The company also has an herb cutter, a macerate press, a cold-pressed oil press, a machine for producing creams and balms, and chambers for producing macerates. It should be noted that all equipment is manufactured according to EU standards in such a way that all contact parts are made of stainless steel, i.e. rose gold. The company also has a modern warehouse in which the temperature and humidity are always the same, which is a very important factor for preserving dried herbs.
This technology allows the company to produce premium quality cold-pressed oils, oil macerates of various herbs, various balms and creams, tinctures and teas.

The scope of work included the full development and optimization of the website www.naturellement.ba, covering design implementation aligned with the brand identity, structured content organization, setup of all key pages and navigation, integration of functional elements (contact forms, product presentation, and calls-to-action), as well as technical and on-page SEO optimization. The developer also ensured full responsiveness across devices and optimized overall performance and loading speed.

Key deliverables included a fully functional and visually cohesive website, intuitive and user-friendly navigation, optimized page structure, mobile responsiveness, and solid SEO foundations. The final result exceeded expectations, delivering a stable, professional, and aesthetically refined website that accurately reflects the brand and provides an excellent user experience.

Improved user engagement (longer session duration and lower bounce rate), clearer product understanding through functional categorization, and increased conversion rates due to better UX and visual hierarchy. The new structure enabled users to find relevant products faster and more efficiently.

At this stage, I do not see any areas for improvement. I am genuinely impressed with the quality of their work and the overall collaboration. Everything was handled professionally and exceeded my expectations, so I wouldn’t change anything at the moment.
