We create white label job alerts for career sites. For this, we have developed software that manages the matching process between the job listings that are sent to us and the applicants, sending out emails, and reporting. We also negotiate the deals on the companies' behalf.

I'm the chief operating officer.

Our platform is hosted by Amazon. The challenge consists not only in sending out emails, but sending them within certain timeframes. A solution like Amazon allows turning resources up or down based on need. Signity became responsible for the back-end infrastructure. They also take care of the ongoing maintenance. We're constantly adding new customers and improvements.

How did you come to work with Signity Software Solutions?

I found them on a freelancer portal, although their team has grown since then, and I've worked with them in various capacities for the last eight years.

Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?

The overall cost was between $50,000 and $200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started this project in September 2014. It is ongoing.

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

They work hard and offer good results. They don't take your business for granted and try to earn it constantly. Many times, outsourcing can seem like a black hole, but I've become very friendly with them through the years. They're always available. I'm not sure if they sleep.

What distinguishes Signity Software Solutions from other providers?

The communication is the biggest challenge when the developers don't work in the same office as you. Signity are always available. Also, the stats are very good. We're on pace for 2016 and are able to send out a billion emails, if necessary. I push them in different directions if the requirements change. They've done a good job of remaining flexible and have coped with me pulling them in multiple directions.

Is there anything Signity Software Solutions could have improved or done differently?

I don't have any complaints.

I’m the operations manager of a timber company. We import wood from different countries and sell it wholesale and retail. Our company has been in the market for many years.

Signity Solutions has developed and designed a robust web-based CRM in-house tool used by all our stakeholders, including sales teammates and office staff. Initially, we started with a small discovery phase, during which they created a small POC for us. They designed and developed a small page with some user roles. We were impressed by the UI and functionality they built.

During the discovery phase, we met with a business analyst and a tech specialist from Signity Solutions. We've since had multiple calls with our CEO and other stakeholders to explain our problems and requirements. After the discovery phase, we agreed on the documentation, and Signity Solutions started the development process.

Signity Solutions has delivered a complete web panel with login capabilities and an admin panel used by our CEO. Signity Solutions has also implemented RPA for automating some of our invoicing tasks. They've used Figma for the design part, React for the frontend, Node.js for the backend, and Python for some modules, because the team has leveraged some AI capabilities.

What is the team composition?

We've mainly worked with Mangesh, the CTO at Signity Solutions, as our project manager. He has a team working under him, but we only interact with him.

Someone told us about Signity Solutions. They had previously worked with our CEO.
