• We wanted to be able to have our company show up in AI searches relevant to our industry to help better connect us with the local community who need our services.
• We wanted to brainstorm solutions for various office administrative tasks that could potentially be automated to help us reach a higher level of efficiency.

SignalWorks is currently helping us restructure and strengthen our digital presence so our company can be more accurately understood, surfaced, and recommended by both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms. The primary focus is organizing our website and online business information in a clear, consistent, and machine-readable way, making it easier for these platforms to identify our services, service areas, experience, certifications, project history, and areas of specialization.

This work also includes establishing and optimizing our profiles across Google, Yelp, Angi, HomeAdvisor, Houzz, and the Better Business Bureau. SignalWorks is helping us standardize our company name, contact information, service areas, hours, photos, and service descriptions across each platform, while developing a stronger review and content strategy. These connected information sources will support the broader goal of improving our visibility as more customers rely on AI tools to research contractors and request recommendations.

As part of that larger strategy, SignalWorks is also rebuilding and rebranding our website with a modern design, clearer messaging, real project photography, and structured “Before, During, and After” content that showcases our process and workmanship. The project also includes consulting on future AI-powered administrative automations that can reduce repetitive office work and improve internal efficiency. Since the engagement is still in progress, the expected deliverables are an AI-ready website, a consistent and optimized online presence, improved search and AI visibility, and a roadmap for future workflow automation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because the project is still in progress, final performance metrics such as website traffic, lead volume, and AI-search visibility are not yet available. However, the progress so far has been significant. SignalWorks has already transformed the website into a much more modern, polished, and professional experience, and the quality of the design has exceeded our expectations.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

SignalWorks has managed the project through a highly collaborative, organized, and professional process. Trenton has been our main point of contact throughout the engagement and has made himself consistently available through in-person meetings at our home, virtual meetings whenever needed, and ongoing communication between scheduled discussions. He has been highly responsive to our feedback and flexible as our goals and priorities have evolved. We regularly work with Trenton to review strategy, adjust deliverables, and make informed shifts without disrupting the overall progress of the project. The process has remained clear, efficient, and easy to follow, and we have been very impressed by his professionalism, communication, and attention to our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most is SignalWorks’ ability to identify needs and opportunities that were often right in front of us, but difficult to recognize without a strong understanding of AI. Trenton and his team are extremely knowledgeable, and the solutions they have proposed have been both practical and genuinely impressive. Just as importantly, they have made us feel valued, supported, and secure throughout the process. They are talented young professionals who take the time to understand our business and treat our goals as important. Smaller companies can sometimes be overlooked when working on projects at this level, but SignalWorks has given us the attention, care, and confidence we would expect from a true long-term partner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SignalWorks could have done differently?

At this stage of the project, we genuinely have not identified any meaningful areas for improvement. SignalWorks has been responsive, professional, collaborative, and consistently attentive to our needs. The quality of the work and the overall experience have exceeded our expectations, and we have been extremely happy with both the process and the results so far.
